Lost weekend
WordWave’s captioning services were in demand in Australia last month, thanks to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC)’s extended coverage of both local elections and the Commonwealth Games. With 20 dedicated members of staff working to provide captions from four sites across Australia, the last week of the month was the busiest since WordWave began providing a captioning service for ABC in March 2005.
