Matrix consults WordWave on new projects

WordWave International’s transcription services are helping leading research and consultancy provider Matrix capture information as part of two important new projects.
Matrix works with public sector organisations, helping to formulate and implement policy across health, local and central government. Over the last year, WordWave has provided transcription services at a range of focus groups, brainstorming sessions and round table discussions, creating an invaluable record of what’s been said. Matrix then analyses the transcripts, using the data to inform its advice to clients. In the two latest projects, Matrix has asked WordWave to transcribe a series of interviews taking place between December 2005 and March 2006. WordWave’s Ispha Hazzard, who’s co-ordinating the work with Matrix says: “Our transcription service is a great way of getting an accurate record of any situation where more than one person is speaking. It’s simple, cost effective, and more accurate than using a note taker. It’s also very flexible – clients can decide exactly what they want us to transcribe, and how quickly.” For more information, contact Ispha Hazzard on 020 7421 4041 or at: ispha.hazzard@wordwave.co.uk.
