Merrill Corporation acquires WordWave Inc

Merrill Corporation, the leading provider of technology-enabled services for clients in the legal, financial and real estate sectors has completed a deal to acquire WordWave Inc, which operates in the UK, Asia and Australia as WordWave International.

As reported in last month’s SoundByte (see Merrill Corporation to acquire WordWave Inc) the deal combines WordWave’s expertise in court reporting, captioning and transcription with Merrill’s litigation support experience and has the potential to bring significant benefits to customers.
