Singapore Parliament
Following a successful pilot at the end of 2007, the Asia office of Merrill Legal Solutions has won a tender by the Singapore Parliament to supply the Parliament buildings with digital audio recording systems. The project involves the installation of digital audio and video systems to record proceedings in Parliament. In addition, the Singapore Parliament has its own in-house team of transcribers who will be trained to use the new equipment by Merrill’s team.
Work on the project started in February and has to be completed by March so the team will be working to a very tight deadline.
