• At HR grievance, disciplinary or any kind of fact-finding meeting we provide a specialist HR notetaking service – the summary or verbatim transcript is produced either from pre-recorded audio or with a stenographer present capturing the words as they are spoken.

• At a board meeting, roundtable, focus group or seminar we produce business transcripts – a fast and accurate official record of any business meeting is delivered in real-time or can be provided at the end of day, next day or longer turnaround for the meeting participants

• At an Investor Relations event – AGMs, company results announcements, analyst presentations, shareholder communications, roadshows and events – our transcripts are part of the daily routine

• At any kind of meeting or event we provide communication support services – a real-time Speech To Text service for the deaf and hard of hearing is provided either direct to an individual laptop or projected onto a large screen for a wider audience.

• At a press conference, media interview or press junket – a text feed in real-time or a transcript after the event is delivered direct to the news room for print, television or the web.

• For a TV station – both offline and real-time captioning for the deaf and hard of hearing is produced daily. We can also provide a real-time broadcast text feed direct from a courtroom to a TV news channel.
